Pregnancy doesn’t stop M.I.A.
A very pregnant M.I.A. actually walked the red carpet at the Grammy Awards. By “Very pregnant”, I mean her dude date is today. The “Paper Planes” singer wore a colorful and weird dress by Manish Arora from the Spring 2009 collection. This girl is really wild but I like her and this is something I expected her to wear.
She later changed into a getup from House of Holland to perform “Swagger Like Us” with T.I., Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Jay Z. Surprisingly, the polka dot prints were in the right places. It’s a good thing she didn’t go into labor during the show although I was secretly hoping she would to liven the show up a bit.
