Beyonce at Cadillac Records Premiere in NYC

Beyonce walked the red carpet in for her premier of “Cadillac Records” in New York in black figure hugging halter dress from the Zuhair Murad Fall 2008 collection. The dress had a beaded skirt complete with a train. The singer plays the lead role of Etta James in the film. She is really working this dress but I’m not understanding the hair. She had to bring her A game this week because at the last premier Gabrielle Union gave her a run for her money.

Gabrielle definitely toned it down for this event. I guess she didn’t want to upstage Beyonce at her own premier. She is wearing a black satin bateau neck gown with gold embroidery from the Tadashi Shoji Fall 2008 collection.

Emmanuel Chriqui kept it very smple in a long black dress.
